Where it all began! Mrs. Vijaya founded Flywings in 1988 after spending over a decade with Sabena Belgian Airlines. She provides strategic leadership and oversees the finance function, ensuring strong governance, financial stability, and long-term growth.

An Aviation Management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, 25+ years of experience in travel trade, Shantanu leads overall strategy, execution, and business growth, with a strong focus on performance excellence and innovation.
